Simple Breakfast Menu

Healthy Simple 2 minute Upma Breakfast 


Rawa - 1cup
Onion - 1
Beans - 4
Carrots - 2
Tomato - 1
Green Chillies -2
Salt - As required
Water - 2 Cups
Oil - As required

For seasoning

Mustard seeds
Channa dal
Urad dal
red chilly

1. Roast rawa in a tawa till brown and keep it aside..
2.Add oil in the tawa ,add mustard seeds ,wait till it splits ,add channa dal,urad dal and red chilly and wait till it changes golden brown.
3.Add onion ,green chilly and fry till golden brown.
4. Add all the vegetables and cook for a minute.
5. Pour 2 cups of water and add salt as required
6.Add Rawa to the boiling water and stir continuously till it becomes solid and non sticky.
7.Tasty ,healthy,Rawa upma is ready to eat
